Reach a person at Siftwick
One form, read by a person. Use it to ask for the data Siftwick holds about you, to have that data deleted, to flag a figure that looks wrong, or for anything else.
- Who reads it
- A person. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot behind this form.
- Access and deletion
- Answered within 30 days of the request arriving, which is the legal ceiling rather than the aim.
- Where the reply goes
- To the address you put in the form. Siftwick has no other way to reach you.
Four kinds of request
Pick the one that fits. Each says what to include so it can be answered the first time.
What each kind of request is for, and what to put in the message so it can be answered.
The request · what to include
Send me the data you hold about me
Send it from the address Siftwick holds. That address is the only key there is to look you up by, and the answer goes to it and nowhere else.
Write this request: Send me the data you hold about meDelete the data you hold about me
Send it from the address to delete. Siftwick writes to that address to check the request came from you, then takes it off the account and off any coverage waitlist it was added to, and confirms to that address that it is gone.
Write this request: Delete the data you hold about meA figure on this site is wrong
Put the vendor type and market, what the page shows, and where the survey says otherwise. A misread source is a defect here, not a difference of opinion.
Write this request: A figure on this site is wrongSomething else
Anything that is not one of the three above, including where a figure came from and why a state has no coverage.

What there is to delete
An email address, and any message you sent
The only personal detail Siftwick asks you for is an email address, and it is asked for three times: once to create a free account, once to be told if a state you looked up gets survey coverage, and once so a reply to a message sent here can reach you. A message sent from this page is kept with that address until 90 days after it is answered, and is deleted with it on request. That address is never sold and never passed to a vendor. If you signed in with Google, the name and profile picture Google sent are held with your account too, and are deleted with it.
So an access request returns a short answer and a deletion request is a short job. Both are worth making anyway, because a policy nobody can act on is just a paragraph.
