Sign-in help
Send yourself a sign-in link
Siftwick asks for an email address and nothing else. Access arrives as a link in that email, so there is no password to choose, forget, or reset.
No password, on purpose
- Asks for
- One email address, and nothing else.
- Never asks for
- A password, your wedding date, your budget, or the vendor you are speaking to.
- How you get in
- We email you a link. Opening it signs you in, and each link works once. On signup and login you can use Google instead; Google then shares your name and profile picture with us, and Siftwick uses neither.
- Your address
- Never sold, and never passed to a vendor. What we do with your address.
If it does not arrive
Three things to check
- Spam and promotions
- Automated mail lands in those folders more often than in the inbox.
- The address you used
- The link only goes to the address the account was made with. A different address is a different account, or none at all.
- How long you waited
- Links expire. Send yourself another from this page; there is nothing to undo first.
If none of that is it, there is a person at the other end. That is also where a request to see or delete your address goes.

This page cannot make you one
A sign-in link only goes to an address that already has an account. Creating one asks for an email address and nothing else, and the published figures are free to read either way.
